He said that steps are being taken to strengthen SVBC operations to ensure transparency, efficiency, and high-quality broadcasts for devotees worldwide.
The EO directed officials to introduce an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to integrate departments such as human resources, finance, production, supply, and inventory under a single digital platform.
He instructed that all internal approvals and daily operations, which are currently handled through physical files, should be moved to the e-Office system to enhance digital governance and streamline record management.
The EO also suggested appointing a dedicated Accounts Officer from the Government or an autonomous organisation to oversee the financial matters of SVBC.
