KARIMNAGAR, JULY 30, 2026: The 9 Telangana NCC battalion has conducted a selection camp for NCC cadets for the Republic Day parade at Alphorse e-techno school, Kothapalli, Karimnagar, on Thursday.
The NCC officials said that the NCC seeks to develop leadership, discipline, teamwork, self-confidence and a spirit of national service, besides selecting the NCC cadets for subsequent stages of the Republic Day camp.
The NCC cadets’ dream is to participate in the RD parade on Rajpath/Kartavya Path in New Delhi. The cadets would be selected based on their skills in parade, physical fitness, leadership qualities, discipline etc.
Lt Col Krishnamurthy, Sangareddy Havaldar Devendra Singh, Adilabad Subedar Jang Baz Khan, Nizamabad Havaldar Sunil Kumar and others were also present.
