HANAMKONDA, JULY 16, 2026:Â The TSKC & Placement Cell of Kakatiya Government College (Autonomous), Hanamkonda, in association with Nirmaan Organisation, successfully organised an On-Campus Job Drive for Hetero Labs Ltd. at the College Seminar Hall on Thursday. The recruitment drive was conducted for graduates of the 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 batches from B.Sc., B.Com., B.A. and M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry) streams.
The programme was presided over by Prof. G. Srinivas, Principal of the college. In his presidential address, he emphasised the importance of strengthening industry-academia collaboration to enhance students’ employability. He stated that campus recruitment drives provide an excellent platform for graduates to begin their professional careers and advised students to continuously improve their technical knowledge, communication skills, and professional attitude to meet the expectations of the corporate world. He appreciated the efforts of the TSKC & Placement Cell and Nirmaan Organisation in bringing reputed companies to the college campus and creating quality employment opportunities for students.
Earlier, A. Anil Kumar, TSKC Coordinator & Placement Officer, welcomed the gathering and introduced the objectives of the On-Campus Job Drive. He highlighted the employment opportunities offered by Hetero Labs Ltd. in the Quality, Production, and Warehousing departments and encouraged students to participate with confidence, utilize the opportunity effectively, and prepare themselves with the skills required for successful careers. He also expressed his gratitude to Nirmaan Organisation and Hetero Labs Ltd. for extending valuable employment opportunities to the students of the college.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Venu Madhav, HR Representative, Hetero Labs Ltd., explained the company’s recruitment process, work culture, career growth opportunities, and the expectations from prospective candidates. He motivated the students to perform confidently during the selection process.
Representing Nirmaan Organisation, Mr. B. Raghava Kumar, Centre Manager, along with Mr. Srikanth and Mr. Naresh, assured their continued support in strengthening industry-academia collaboration and creating more employment opportunities for students.
A total of 75 students participated in the recruitment drive, of whom 15 students were shortlisted.
Among those who participated in the programme were Prof. Srinath, IQAC Coordinator; N. R. C. H. Srikanth; Mr. P. Sagar, JKC Mentor; G. K. Kumar; other faculty members; and a large number of students.The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, followed by the recruitment process conducted by the HR team of Hetero Labs Ltd.
