KARIMNAGAR, JUNE 13, 2026: Jyothishmathi Institute of Technology and Science (Autonomous), Karimnagar, organised an Orientation Programme for First-Year Diploma students and their parents on 12th June 2026 to familiarise them with the academic environment, institutional values, and opportunities available for their overall development.
Chairman Sri Juvvadi Sagar Rao extended his best wishes to the students and emphasised the importance of regular attendance, academic dedication, skill development, and goal-oriented learning for a successful career.
Secretary & Correspondent Sri J. Sumith Sai highlighted the significance of innovation, discipline, professional ethics, and active participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities to enhance technical and professional competencies.
Principal Dr. T. Anil Kumar briefed the students on the salient features of the C-26 Curriculum, academic structure, evaluation methods, and career opportunities. He stressed the importance of punctuality, effective time management, regular attendance, and active classroom participation.

Dean (Academics & Audit) Dr. P. K. Vaishali, Heads of various departments, and faculty members were present on the occasion and interacted with the students and parents.
The programme concluded with an interactive session, where students and parents clarified their queries and gained valuable insights into the academic and professional opportunities available at the institute.
