RAMAGUNDAM, JULY 20, 2026: NTPC Ramagundam & Telangana observe Green Day with a Tree Plantation Programme at Deepthi Kids Corner on Monday, promoting environmental awareness among children and encouraging them to become ambassadors of a greener future.
The programme is inaugurated by Rakhi Samanta, President, Deepthi Mahila Samithi (DMS), who graces the occasion as the Chief Guest, along with the senior members of Deepthi Mahila Samithi.
As part of the celebration, children of Deepthi Kids Corner actively participate in the plantation drive by planting saplings, symbolising their commitment to protecting nature and preserving the environment. The initiative instils the importance of environmental conservation and sustainable living among the young generation through hands-on participation.
The Green Day celebration reflects NTPC Ramagundam & Telangana’s continued commitment to fostering environmental responsibility and nurturing eco-conscious values in the community through meaningful engagement of children.
