SIDDIPET, JUNE 26, 2026: Former Director General of ICAR and Former Secretary, Department of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE), Government of India, Dr. R.S. Paroda, Visits Kaveri University and Appreciates its Research & Innovation Initiatives.
Under the chairmanship of Chancellor Mr G. V. Bhaskar Rao, Kaveri University had the privilege of hosting Dr. R. S. Paroda, Former Director General of ICAR and Former Secretary, Department of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE), Government of India.
During his visit, Dr. Paroda participated in a high-level meeting with the University leadership and toured the University’s Integrated Research Centre (IRC), advanced laboratories, Drone Academy, research farms, polyhouses, and various research and innovation facilities.
He interacted with the faculty members, researchers, and officials, and appreciated the University’s commitment towards excellence in higher education, research, innovation, and technology-driven agricultural development.
Dr. Paroda highly appreciated the ongoing academic and research activities of Kaveri University under the dynamic leadership of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. V. Praveen Rao. He commended the University’s vision of promoting quality research, innovation, and industry-oriented education, and encouraged the University to continue its efforts in contributing to national agricultural and scientific development.
The University leadership expressed their gratitude to Dr. Paroda for his valuable visit, guidance, and encouragement, which will further strengthen Kaveri University’s mission of achieving excellence in education, research, and societal development.
