KARIMNAGAR, JULY 14, 2026: Members of the Jagannath Rath Yatra Festival Committee explained to Collector Chitra Mishra that they are making all the necessary arrangements for the successful conduct of Jagannath Rath Yatra on July 16, 2026, in the streets of Karimnagar.
The members led by the President of the Jagannath Rath Yatra Festival Committee, Kanna Krishna, met the Collector and handed over the invitation letter. The committee members explained to the Collector that the district administration is fully cooperating with this Rath Yatra, in which thousands of the Hindu community of Karimnagar will participate in a peaceful atmosphere.
When the committee asked them to come to the Mahashakti Temple at 1 pm for the flagging off of the Rath Yatra, the Collector agreed to attend the celebrations. Kanna Krishna, Dr. L Rajabhaskar Reddy, Tummala Ramesh Reddy, Captain Dr. Burra Madhusudhan Reddy, Komuravelli Venkatesham, Rallabandi Gopal Reddy and others participated in this meeting on behalf of the Jagannath Rath Yatra Committee and invited the Collector.
