KARIMNAGAR, JULY 22, 2024: The Karimnagar BRS rank and file celebrated the birthday of former Karimnagar MP B Vinod Kumar by organising various programmes in Karimnagar town on Monday.
Mayor Y Sunil Rao cut the birthday cake at his camp office along with municipal corporators and BRS leaders. BRS leaders led by its Karimnagar district president GV Ramakrishna Rao cut the cake at Indira chowk. The BRS leaders lead by Jakkula Nagaraju also participated in a blood donation camp at a private hospital. The party leaders distributed sweets and fruits to the inmates of government hospital.
TRSV Satavahana university incharge Chukka Srinivas and others participated in the celebrations by cutting the cake in front of the University main gate. On this occasion, the BRS leaders said that Mr Vinod Kumar, a close confidant of former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, had strived for the development of Karimnagar town by sanctioning Smart City project.
Claiming that the Karimnagar town had developed only because of Smart City project, the Mayor said that the people of town would not forget Mr Vinod Kumar and his services to the society and development of the district. The BRS leaders claimed that Mr Vinod Kumar was an intellectual having command over all subjects.
