KARIMNAGAR, MAY 13, 2024: Minister for Transport and BC Welfare Ponnam Prabhakar along with his family members travelled in TSRTC bus to reach the polling station to exercise his franchise in Husnabad town on Monday.
The Minister boarded the RTC and purchased the ticket and travelled to the polling station. Later, he exercised his franchise at the government junior college along with his family members. On this occasion, the Minister called upon the people to exercise their franchise to protect the democracy as a responsible citizen.
He interacted the medical teams deployed at the polling station and collected an ORS packet. After noticing the senior citizens walking on the roads, the Minister made arrangements for their transportation to the polling station in an auto-rickshaw. He also interacted with the residents of Husnabad town at a roadside hotel by sipping tea.
Later, the Minister along with Congress leader Bomma Sriram Chakravarthy travelled in RTC bus from Husnabad to Chigirumamidi mandal as ordinary passenger by purchasing ticket. Interacting with the passengers, he called upon the voters to exercise their franchise.
