KARIMNAGAR, FEBRUARY 25, 2024: Northern Power Distribution Company Limited (NPDCL) Karimnagar Superintending Engineer Vadlakonda Gangadhar has suspended operator (artisan) Cheeti Karthik on the charges of not providing three-phase power supply to the farm sector in Muqhdoompur village of Karimnagar rural mandal.
Following a complaint lodged by a farmer from the village, the SE instructed the DE MRT to conduct a secret inquiry. Accordingly, the DE MRT had directed the DE (operations) Karimnagar town to take action as the operator had purposefully denied three-phase power supply to the farm sector in the village causing problems to the farming community.
The NPDCL SE had directed the officials concerned to ensure that there was interruption of power supply to the farmers, domestic and other sectors in the integrated Karimnagar district.
