KARIMNAGAR, MAY 16, 2024: The light showers along with thunderstorms in various parts of Karimnagar district has bought much sought after respite from scorching heat on Thursday evening.
The sudden downpour followed by cool winds had given respite to the people of the town from sweltering heat waves. The IMD forecasts further intermittent rains in the district. On the other hand, the temperature had plummeted to 36 degrees from 42 degrees on Thursday.
However, the rains caused damaged to the paddy produce of the farmers in various parts of the district.
