BRS leaders stage protest dharna demanding apologies from CM and Deputy CM for their remarks against women MLAs

RAJANNA-SIRCILLA, AUGUST 01, 2024:  The Bharath Rashtra Samithi (BRS) leaders have staged a massive dharna in front of Ambedkar statue in Sircilla textile town on Thursday demanding apologies from Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and his deputy Mallu Batti Vikramarka for their remarks against women legislators in the state Legislative Assembly.

BRS national spokeperson Konduru Ravinder Rao, district BRS including womenfolk participated in the dharna carrying placards against the Chief Minister for derogatory remarks against the women legislators. Denouncing the CM and deputy CM Batti Vikramarka’s remarks in the Assembly, the BRS leaders demanded both the leaders to apologise for their insulting remarks.
