Karimnagar assembly segment records lowest 37.95 per cent
KARIMNAGAR, MAY 13, 2024: The voting percentage is increasing steadily in the Karimnagar parliament constituency and reported 45.11 per cent polling by 1 pm on Monday.
Vemulawada assembly segment recorded a polling percentage of 50.11 per cent followed by Manakondur segment with 49.11 per cent, Husnabad 48.83 per cent, Choppadandi 48.40 per cent, Sircilla 46.19 percent, Huzurabad 39. 66 per cent and Karimnagar assembly segment recorded lowest polling of 37.95 percent till 1 pm.
In the meantime, the main contesting parties have intensified the luring of voters to visit the polling stations to exercise their franchise. The polling percentage declined following the blistering heat wave conditions since 12 noon in the constituency. The polling would be conducted till 6 pm for the benefit of voters to cast their votes.
