KARIMNAGAR, APRIL 18, 2024: Vivekananda Degree and PG college, Karimnagar town, organsied a one-day workshop on ‘Holistic, Quality and Affordable Health and Wellness for All”, as part of the Viksith Bharath programme on Thursday.
On this occasion, senior IMA state leader and Rheumatologist Dr BN Rao enlightened the students about the importance of physical activities, personal hygiene and eating good food and avoiding junk food to stay healthy and fit. He also informed the students to play a responsible for the protection of environment from pollution by taking up massive plantation for the future generation.
Satavahana University Controller of Examination NV Sriranga Prasad and Vivekananda Degree college principal Ch Srinivas said that the workshop was organised to sensitise the students on the importance of taking care of health at every stage of their life and various activities related to health. They also educated the students not to get addicted to mobile phones and use social media judiciously. They informed the students to focus on their education and build a bright career.
