KARIMNAGAR, JULY 15, 2024: The Telangana state road transport corporation (TGSRTC) will operate a special super luxury bus service from the Godavarikhani coal belt to Arunachala temple hill in Tamil Nadu on July 21 for the Arunachala Giri Pradakshina on the occasion of Guru Pournami.
In a press note here on Monday, TGSRTC Karimnagar regional manager N Sucharitha said that the special bus would start from Godavarikhani bus station at 7 pm on July 19 and reach Karimnagar at 8.45 pm and proceed for Arunachala Hill, where it will reach at 8 pm on July 20. Enroute the special bus would cover Kanipakam Sri Vinaka Swamy temple in Chittoor and Sri Mahalakshmi temple and Golden temple in Vellore.
After the Giri Pradashina, the bus will start from Arunachala Hill at 5 p.m. on July 21 and reach Sri Alampur Jogulamba temple on July 22 morning, where passengers can have darshan. It will reach Karimnagar at 6 p.m. the same day. Fare per person has been fixed at Rs 4,850 from Godavarikhani and Rs 4,500 from Karimnagar town for adults and Rs Rs 4050 for children from Godavarikhani and Rs 3,800 for children from Karimnagar.
