National-Level Rashtriya Ekta Parv Celebrations begin at PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Tirumalagiri
HYDERABAD, NOVEMBER 11, 2024: Today, we come together with a shared purpose under the guidance of our respected Prime Minister for this Rashtriya Ekta Parv, centered around the theme of “Ek Bharat, Shreshta Bharat”, said Union Minister of Coal and Mines G Kishan Reddy while inaugurating National-Level Rashtriya Ekta Parv Celebrations at PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Tirumalagiri on Monday.
In his keynote address, the Union Minister said each Kendriya Vidyalaya is truly a “mini-India,” vibrant and full of potential. Through our Kendriya Vidyalayas, we’re not just providing education but nurturing a spirit of national integration that binds us all. These schools represent the beauty of India’s unity in diversity, where students from various linguistic and cultural backgrounds come together, forming bonds that last a lifetime. Kendriya Vidyalayas are more than educational institutions; they are communities that share knowledge, values, and opportunities for personal growth.
The Minister underlined the enthusiasm and creativity of Kendriya Vidyalaya students to inspire us all and showcase the incredible talent within our nation. Our rich, centuries-old civilization has positively impacted the globe, serving as a Vishwaguru—a guiding light—and a Vishwamitra—a friend to many. As part of Rashtriya Ekata Parv, we lovingly celebrate India’s rich cultural and linguistic diversity. Our greatest strength lies in our ability to come together despite our differences, cultivating respect and understanding among various communities, cultures, and traditions, which in turn promotes harmony in our society. This event is a heartfelt connection to the cultural diversity of India, aimed at nurturing the creative and artistic expressions of our beloved students. As envisioned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, it is our shared culture that unites us, reminding us that it is essential to cherish and embody these timeless values.
The Minister shared the vision for 2047, and said, we recognize the vital role our youth play in preserving and protecting this unique cultural heritage. The young students of today are not only the future but are also the torchbearers of India’s ongoing journey toward progress and prosperity. Throughout history, from the times of Adi Shankara to Sardar Patel, leaders have emerged in India, tirelessly working to uphold our ideals and strengthen our collective identity. As our nation aspires to become a Vikasit Bharat—a developed India—our youth represents our greatest hope and asset. I am truly inspired by how young minds are contributing across all sectors of our society.
