NIRMAL, NOVEMBER 30, 2024: The Rural Technology Park (RTP) of National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Rajendranagar, Hyderahad, has imparted training to five women of the Pravasi Mitra Labour Union from Nirmal town in making paper cards, paper bags, folders, certificates etc for their self-employment from November 26 to 29.
After successfully completing the training, they reached Nirmal town on Saturday and met Pravasi Mitra Labour Union president Swadesh Parikipandla. They said that they had learnt the art of making eco-friendly paper bags, handmade photo-frame, greeting and wedding cards and other paper based products. They were trained in marketing of their products by setting up small-scale industry.
They also met Nirmal Congress party vice president Alluri Krishnaveni. The trainees include; Kommu Geeta, Labour Union district coordinator, union leaders Sashimala Susheela and Manjula from Lokeshwaram mandal and Manjula,Susheela Deshetty Roja fom Rajaram village.
