A video purportedly filmed by Minister Seethakka had become viral on social media on Tuesday. The video shows the CM playing jokes and laughing with the Ministers Mallu Batti Vikramarka, D Sridhar Babu, N Uttam Kumar Reddy, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and Jupalli Krishna Rao.
