
KARIMNAGAR, MARCH 07, 2025: On the eve of International Women’s day on March 8, the LIC Union women’s wing leaders donated two water coolers to the government orphanage, an old-age and disabled home in Karimnagar town, on Friday.

On this occasion, LIC Karimnagar divisional manager SV Prasad Rao appreciated the noble services rendered by the women employees of the LIC on the occasion of World Women’s day celebrations to help the society and needy persons. He also called upon the women’s wing leaders to continue the same spirit of serving the society and assured all assistance from the management.
Women’s wing convenor Vani said that they have been participating in charity activities for the last three decades to help the society as part of the International Women’s day. She thanked the Union for extending support in their cause to serve society.
Orphanage warden Radhika reminded that the air coolers donated by the LIC women’s wing were still functioning successfully. She thanked LIC women employees by donating two water coolers of the branded company to quench the thirst of inmates during this summer season.
LIC Union division president Rammohan Rao and Secretary Vaman Rao congratulated the women’s wing leaders for their charity activities and emerging as role model and inspiring others to take up the noble cause to serve society. Division leaders Surya Kala Basaveshwar, Anupama Srilatha, Sudha Rani, Sridevi, Srilatha, Prabhakar Chary, Mahesh, Sridevi and others were also present.
