KARIMNAGAR, MAY 14, 2024: T Naveen Kumar, BSc final year student from Vivekakanda Degree and PG college in Karimnagar town, has been selected to participate in the All-India Inter-University power-lifting competitions which would be held from May 22 to 25 at Tamil Nadu Physical Education Sports University in Chennai.
During the inter-college competitions conducted by the Satavahana University, Mr Naveen Kumar has won ‘Strongman’ award by lifting 200 kgs bench-press, 300 kgs squats and 200 kgs dead-lift. He would be representing the Satavahana University. College correspondent V Agam Rao, Principal Ch Srinivas, Physical director P Srinath Reddy, AO B Sravan Kumar, ACO B Sampath Kumar and B Rameshwar Rao and others congratulated the student and wished him good luck and bring reputation to the Satavahana University and the College.
