RAJANNA-SIRCILLA, SEPTEMBER 21, 2024: Two NSS volunteers from Telangana State Residential Degree College for Women in Shatrajpalli, Vemulawada Mandal, have been selected to participate in the NSS National Adventure Camp in Dharmashala, Himachal Pradesh state at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Mountaineering and Allied Sports (ABVIMAS).
At selections conducted in Satavahana University campus in Karimnagar town on Saturday, the volunteers of Residential Degree College D Varshitha (MZC second year) and S Supriya (BDT second year) were selected for the 10-day National Adventure camp.
Principal Srinivasa Ramalingeshwara Sharma, Vice Principal K Lavanya, NSS programme officer V Swapna, NSS advisory council members R Deepthi, and G Swapna and faculty members congratulated the students. The activities at the camp include; early morning trekking, prayer flag point Dharamkot, Trek to Triund point, natural and artificial rock climbing, rappelling, jumaring and other activities.
