
PEDDAPALLI, MAY 19, 2025: The Taniparti Tirupathi Rao (TTR) foundation has donated books worth over Rs 50,000 to the Library in Sultanabad mandal headquarters on Monday.
TTR Foundation chairman T Tirupati Rao has handed over the books to Zilla Grandhalaya Samstha chairman Anthati Annaiah Goud. Speaking on the occasion, Mr Annaiah lauded the services of the TTR foundation for distributing the books to the library for the benefit of the future generation.

Stating that he was taking all measures for the strengthening of libraries, he said that he was contemplating developing the district central library in Peddapalli town at a cost of Rs 5 crore by providing all facilities to the people visiting the library for reading books.
TTR foundation chairman Mr Tirupati Rao said that the Sultanabad Library had a big history as it was established in the year 1913, and he used to frequent the library regularly during his college days. He expressed concern over the students showing more interest in look-culture than in following the book culture. The TTR Foundation would soon open its office in Sultanabad mandal and participate in several social welfare schemes, he stated. Foundation vice president Kasarla Madhusudhan Reddy, general secretary Akari Rajesham, joint secretaries Munjala Harikrishna Goud, Vemula Kiran Goud, Puram Ramana, Library incharge Deepa, and others were also present.
