KARIMNAGAR, SEPTEMBER 05, 2024: Telangana Social Welfare Residential Degree College for women, Nagunuru, on the outskirts of Karimnagar town, celebrated Teachers Day with enthusiasm to commemorate the birth anniversary of the second President of the country Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan on Thursday.
Students performed a scintillating show to denote their love, respect, acknowledgement and recognition of the hard work put in by the teachers towards their development. The cultural show incorporated poems, songs, dance and drama. They also entertained teachers by arranging fun games for them.
Principal T Malathi, Vice Principal G Samatha, senior faculty D Srihari, Padmaja, Venkateshwarlu, Shankaraiah, NSS programme officer K Gita Rani, Kalyani, Eshwaramma, Mashrath and others were also present. The students of the college honoured the teachers by giving them flowers and cards. The students also expressed their gratitude towards their teachers.
