RAJANNA-SIRCILLA, FEBRUARY 21, 2025: To make the students employable after completing their graduation courses, the Government Degree College, Gambhiraopet, Rajanna-Sircilla district, in association with Prathima Foundation and its collaborated companies GMR and Tata group, launched a training programme on Friday.
Speaking on the occasion, College Principal V Vijaya Lakshmi called upon the students to utilise the training programme and excel in their chosen career by securing employment. She also advised the students to upgrade their communication skills. Prathima Foundation programme head Kaushik and programme manager Geetha Reddy and Tata company senior officer Rajashekhar have enlightened the students about various employment opportunities in various sectors including banking, finance, business development executive, and other skill employment opportunities such as in tailoring, electrician, AC technician etc.
Career Guidance cell convenor Sravan Kumar, Women empowerment cell convenor Vani, Entrepreneurship convenor Manohar, vice principal Prabhakar, IQAC coordinator Anujaneyulu, faculty members Dharmapuri, Adivishnu, KV Bikshmaiah, Srinivas, Sucharan, Krishna Prasad, Mahesh, Shailaja, Deepika, Bhargavi and others were also present.
