

KARIMNAGAR, MARCH 19, 2025: Students of Manair Central School (CBSE), Karimnagar town, celebrated the NASA astronaut Sunita Williams, who returned safely to Earth after a nine-month space exploration mission on Wednesday early morning.

Sunita Williams and her fellow astronaut Butch Wilmore returned to Earth hitching a different ride home to close out a saga that began with a bungled test flight more than nine months ago. Their SpaceX capsule parachuted into the Gulf of Mexico, just hours after departing the International Space Station (ISS). A splashdown occurred off the coast of Tallahassee in the Florida Panhandle, bringing their unplanned odyssey to an end.
All eyes were on Williams’s safe return. The students of Manair educational institutions moment by dancing and chanting ‘Chak De India’ and Bharath Matha Ki Jai.
