Students of Arvintree School celebrate Animal Day with a message to conserve ecology

KARIMNAGAR, NOVEMBER 16, 2024: Tiny Tots of Arvintree High School, Vasudeva colony, Karimnagar town, celebrated the Animal day in a unique way and took a pledge to contribute to the wildlife conservation on their school campus on Saturday.

The purpose of this celebration was to highlight the importance and role of animals in our loves. The students dressed up as different animals, birds, insects and also Tarzan etc and enacted their favourite animals and conveyed the message of wildlife conservation by holding motivational slogan boards in their hands. Children also enjoyed dancing on jungle-theme based songs.

On this school campus was decorated like a mini-forest with lots of trees and flowering plants. The school also displayed various wildlife toys in the makeshift forest. They erected posters to conserve ecology, save animals, save forests and animals are our friends.

Speaking on the occasion, School Chairman B Ramana Rao explained about the endangered species of animals and how human interference is disturbing the ecological balance. Reminding that the wildlife such as monkeys, wild bears, peacocks etc were entering human habitations in search of food as the forests have been destroyed, he enlightened the students the need to conserve forests and protect ecology. Vice principal, coordinators and teachers were also present.
