KARIMNAGAR, NOVEMBER 12, 2024: Students of Advita International School, Bhagathnagar, Karimnagar, paid rich tributes to visionary entrepreneur and philanthropist Ratan Tata by conducting a special morning assembly session on the school campus on Tuesday.
On this occasion, the students made several presentations including drama, skits, posters and speeches as part of ‘Biography walk’ highlighting Ratan Tata’s educational background, his rise to the position of Chairman of Tata Group in 1991 and his transformation of the company into global powerhouse. The children also highlighted the contributions made by Ratan Tata through Tata Trusts in health, education and rural development. The students were encouraged to adopt Tata as a role model for his leadership and legacy
School Managing Director Anudeep Sowgani recollected the efforts in humanizing the lifestyle of lakhs of people by providing them employment and congenial environment at workplace. Besides, being world famous industrialist and philanthropist, Mr Ratan Tata emerged as a resource person who spontaneously improved mental health of lakhs of his fans including youth employed in his companies, he stated.
Principal Madhuri Swetha appreciated the efforts made by English and Social Studies department for the success conduct of ‘Biography walk’ and pay tributes to a legend. For our students, Mr. Tata’s life serves as a powerful lesson in leadership, ethical decision-making, and the importance of giving back to society. He showed us that success is not merely measured in profits, but also in the positive impact we have on the world around us, she pointed out.
