
KARIMNAGAR, OCTOBER 02, 2026: A special orientation programme was conducted at St George International School (CBSE), Kothapally, in Karimnagar town, on Friday, for the parents of Grade X students on the topic, “Grade X Board Examinations–1 & Board Examinations–2: Examination Pattern and Process, Importance of CBSE Grades XI & XII, and the Right Academic Pathway for Higher Education.”
Mr.Srinivasa Rao and Mr.Kalyan attended the programme as the key speakers and provided parents with comprehensive information about the CBSE Senior Secondary education system, various academic opportunities available in Grades XI and XII, stream selection, career pathways, preparation for competitive entrance examinations, and future opportunities.
The speakers also explained the system and process of Grade X Board Examination–1 and Board Examination–2, examination procedures, and the important precautions students need to take, providing parents with greater clarity and understanding regarding the examinations.

They emphasised the importance of choosing the right academic pathway after Grade X based on a student’s interests, abilities, and future goals. The speakers also explained how the CBSE curriculum provides a strong academic foundation for higher education and competitive examinations such as IIT, NEET, Civil Services, and other entrance examinations.
Keeping students’ future careers in mind, parents were advised to view Grades XI & XII not merely as the next two academic years, but as a strong foundation for higher education and future career development.
The programme was attended by Chairman P Fathima Reddy, Principals, Vice-Principals, teachers, and parents of Grade X students.
