
Lord Malayappa Swamy blesses devotees in the enchanting Mohini form
TIRUMALA, SEPTEMBER 19, 2026: On the fifth day of the Srivari Salakatla Brahmotsavams on Saturday morning, Sri Malayappa Swamy appeared in the Mohini Alankaram, beautifully adorned and blessing devotees in an enchanting form. Sri Krishna was also seated on another Tiruchi, blessing devotees.
The procession moved with elephants leading the way, accompanied by bhajans, Kolatams, Jeeyangar’s chanting and auspicious Mangala Vadyams. Devotees offered camphor harathi and had the divine darshan of the Lord.
Mohini Alankaram – A Message of Spiritual Liberation
The Mohini Alankaram conveys the spiritual message of overcoming worldly illusion and seeking refuge in the Lord. It reminds devotees that devotion is the path to liberation from Maya and attachment.

Garuda Vahanam – Symbol of Devotion and Knowledge
Garuda Seva holds a special place among the 108 Vaishnava Divya Desams. The darshan of Garuda, the divine vehicle of Lord Vishnu, is traditionally believed to bless devotees with devotion, knowledge and spiritual wisdom.
