KARIMNAGAR, FEBRUARY 15, 2024: Rich tributes were paid to saint and spiritual leader Sant Sevalal Maharaj on the occasion of his 285th birth anniversary by SC\ST cell of Satavahana University in Karimnagar town on Thursday.
Satavahana University Vice Chancellor S Mallesham, Arts College Principal Jaffer, SC\ST cell director K Padmavathi and others paid floral tributes to the portrait of Sant Sevalal Maharaj and recollected his services at the society.
Speaking on the occasion, the VC called upon the students to emulate the teachings of Sevalal. He told them to love fellow humans and nature by drawing inspiration from the saint. He said that the government was recognizing festivals of all communities following the creation of Telangana.
