RTC officials told to maintain good relations with customers

KARIMNAGAR, DECEMBER 19, 2024: Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) Karimnagar Regional Manager B Raju has appealed to the RTC officials to maintain cordial relations with the customers and help to resolve their problems immediately.

The RTC Karimnagar regional manager conducted a meeting with the Traffic Controllers and other officials at the Assistant Traffic Manager’s office on the premises of the RTC bus station complex on Thursday.  On this occasion, he directed the officials to be friendly with the customers ensure proper sanitation on the bus station premises and make sure the traders sell the products at MRP only.

The commuters were informed to dial 9959225931 for redressal of any grievances about the movement of buses during peak hours. Customer relations manager G Suresh, Station manager Anjaiah, controllers Jagan, Shankar Reddy, Donta Rajaiah, ICS Rao, Komuraiah CHM Rao and others were also present.

In order to redress grievances pertaining to the RTC, the regional manager Raju had decided to conduct dial your RM on December 20, 2024, from 11.30 am to 12 noon. The customers were informed to dial 9959225931 and lodge their complaints pertaining to the proper operation of RTC buses regularly and also during peak hours.
