

HYDERABAD, MARCH 04, 2025: The 21st Century Skills Initiative, led by the Reliance Foundation and supported by the Magic Bus India Foundation, has commenced a one-week training programme for final-year students at Government Degree College, Malkajgiri. The initiative aims to equip students with essential employability skills and provide job opportunities for skilled youth.


Upon completion of the training programme, Reliance Foundation will conduct a Job Drive on the college campus to facilitate employment for the participants.
Speaking on the occasion, Bandi Raju, Principal of the college, urged final-year students and graduates to take advantage of this opportunity to secure employment. G. Mallika emphasized the importance of enhancing employability skills to stay competitive in the job market.
Rajesh Kumar, the Placement Officer, highlighted that Reliance Academy will conduct mock interviews and provide communication skills training to prepare students for the job selection process. Lecturers Vinod, Tirumalesh, and Anusha Reddy actively participated in the programme.
