KARIMNAGAR, SEPTEMBER 03, 2024: Principal of SRR Government Arts and Science College (Autonomous) Karimnagar Y. Sathyanarayana along with RBI Lead District Officer Sai Teja Reddy, Karimnagar Lead Bank Manager Anjaneyulu and Staff Members unveiled poster of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Quiz Programme 2024 at Seminar Hall in Karimnagar town on Tuesday.
On this occasion, the RBI Lead District Officer (LDO) said that as the Reserve Bank of India entered into 90 Years of its functioning and to commemorate this milestone, the RBI has launched a National Level Quiz program called ‘RBI90Quiz’ where students pursuing under-graduation of all streams can participate. He said that this quiz programme will be preliminary conducted nationwide Online, later in person quiz competition will be conducted with selected teams at State, Zonal and National Level and enticing cash prizes ranging from Rs. One lakh to 10 Lakhs will be given. He reiterated that the winning team at all levels can grab cash prizes up to 17 lakh.
Karimnagar Lead Bank Manager (LDM) Anjaneyulu stated that the main aim of the RBI Quiz Program is to create extensive awareness on the RBI and on the Indian Financial Eco system among students and to encourage the youth to cultivate responsible financial behavior and to use safe and secure financial products and services at large. He said the team of two students can register for the quiz programme on the portal www.rbi90quiz.in. The students could enroll till September 17 to participate in this competition. He added that the quiz would be conducted in the last week of September.
The College Principal motivated the students to register for the RBI Quiz program in a large number and to win alluring cash prizes at State, Zonal and National Level. In this programme. Vice Principal T. Rajaiah, Convener of the program M. Malla Reddy, IQAC Coordinator Harjoth Kaur, Sudhakar, R. Ramakrishna, B. Naresh, R. Arjun, M. Shireesha, T. Aravind, Narmada, Mallesham and students participated.
