PEDDAPALLI, JANUARY 08, 2025: Peddapalli legislator Ch Vijaya Ramana Rao has formally launched the midday meal programme for the students of the Government Junior College in Sultanabad town on Wednesday.
The Peddapalli legislator had launched the midday meals for the junior college students at his expense following the request made by the college authorities till the Intermediate board examinations.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Vijaya Ramana Rao said that he was proud to be the MLA from the Peddapalli assembly segment as he was an alumnus of the junior college. He said that he feels proud to launch the midday meals to the junior college students and help them study comfortably. He said that he would impress upon Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy to launch the midday meals for the junior college students also.
District Intermediate nodal officer Kalpana, Municipal chairperson Gajula Lakshmi Rajamallu, AMC chairman M Prakash Rao, municipal vice chairman Birudu Samatha Krishnba, sports club president M Ravinder, college teaching faculty members and others were also present.
