HANAMKONDA, SEPTEMBER 11, 2026: A one lakh bangles pooja was held at the Sri Nagaraja Rajeshwara Swamy Temple at Waddepally in Hanamkonda on Friday, marking the last day of the auspicious Shravana maasa.
The special ritual was conducted by the temple’s head priest, Brahmasri Godavarti Jeevan Sharma, and led by temple President Kunduru Anil Reddy. Hundreds of women devotees took part in the pooja and offered prayers at the temple.
The temple premises witnessed a devotional atmosphere as the bangles were arranged and worshipped as part of the ceremony. Women devotees participated with enthusiasm, seeking the blessings of the deity for the well-being and prosperity of their families.
Speaking on the occasion, Temple President Kunduru Anil Reddy, Secretary Eturi Kondal Rao, Treasurer Vidyasagar and Manager M Ashok said the event was organised to mark the spiritual significance of Shravana maasa and to provide devotees an opportunity to participate in the special worship.
