KARIMNAGAR, NOVEMBER 22, 2024: The National Service Scheme volunteers of Alphores e-techno school, Kothapalli, Karimnagar, participated in the cleanliness drive organised by the institution as part the ‘Swachh Bharath Abhiyaan’ programme in Kothapalli on the outskirts of Karimnagar town on Friday.
Students cleaned the campus and raised the slogan ‘One step towards cleanliness’. The Swachh Bharath campaign was launched by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi. On this occasion, the students had cleaned the premises and also participated in the plantation of saplings on the premises.
Alphores Educational Institutions chairman V Narender Reddy said: “Students are the real ambassadors of cleanliness and motivate others to keep their homes, schools, colleges and surroundings clean”. He also said that the cleanliness is most important for physical well-being and healthy environment.
The NSS volunteers participated in creating awareness among public, informing them about the importance of cleanliness. The students took the initiative to clean the surroundings of vicinity. The school principal, faculty members and others were also present.
