KARIMNAGAR, SEPTEMBER 14, 2024: On the occasion of World First Aid Day on September 14 (Saturday), the NCC cadets of Vivekananda Degree and PG college were trained the cadets on Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)and first aid treatment to save people during emergencies in Karimnagar town.
College Principal Ch Srinivas said that the cadets were trained in first aid treatment and CPR to save lives during emergencies. They were also informed to train their own family members and friends and first aid techniques and CPR methods to save a person during emergencies.
Later, the NCC cadets took out a procession from the college to the Court cross roads to create awareness about the importance of World First Aid day. NCC officer Captain Kiran Jyothi, ACO B Sampath Kumar, AOs B Sravan Kumar and B Rameshwar Rao and others were also present.
