HYDERABAD, FEBRUARY 11, 2025; In line with the directives of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu, the Telangana state Government under the supervision of Chief Secretary Shanti Kumari, successfully conducted mock interviews on Tuesday at Singareni Bhavan, Hyderabad, for the candidates appearing for the prestigious Civil Services Personality Test.
As part of the Rajiv Gandhi Civils Abhaya Hastham Scheme, launched with the support of Singareni, the state government has been providing financial assistance of ₹1 lakh to candidates who clear the Civil Services Preliminary Exam and an additional ₹1 lakh to those who qualify for the Mains Exam. In line with this initiative, the government has decided to conduct mock interviews to help shortlisted candidates build self-confidence and enhance their interview skills.
Under the guidance of the Chief Secretary, senior officials have been conducting mock oral examinations to support aspirants. In response to requests from candidates, online mock interviews have also been conducted over the past 15 days. The panel members for these mock interviews included Singareni CMD N Balaram, TRANSCO CMD Krishna Bhaskar, and Kamareddy SP Sindhu Sharma.
On Tuesday, at Singareni Bhavan, Hyderabad, the mock interviews were conducted by a distinguished panel comprising Principal Secretary of Energy Department Sandeep Kumar Sultania, Singareni CMD N. Balram, TRANSCO CMD Krishna Bhaskar Telangana SPDCL CMD Musharaf Ali Farooqui, Hyderabad Collector Anudeep Durishetty.
During the interviews, panel members posed questions to each candidate on various topics and later provided valuable insights on how to face the final Civil Services Personality Test with confidence. They assured candidates that they are always available to clarify doubts and encouraged them to prepare with self-assurance. Considering the overwhelming response and requests from aspirants, the government has announced that more mock interviews will be conducted in the coming days.
Candidates who participated in the mock interviews expressed their gratitude to the Telangana Government for its continuous support. They appreciated the financial assistance provided at two stages and welcomed the mock interview initiative, as well as the arrangements made for their stay at Telangana Bhavan.
