KARIMNAGAR, JANUARY 15, 2026: Minister for Transport and BC Welfare Ponnam Prabhakar has offered special prayers at the ancient and historic Sri Gidde Perumandla Swamy Devasthanam in Kothi Rampur locality in Karimnagar town on the occasion of Sankranthi festival on Thursday.
SUDA Chairman Komatireddy Narender Reddy, Zilla Grandhalaya Samstha Chairman Sathu Mallesh, RTA Member Padala Rahul, Karimnagar Urban Bank Chairman Karra Rajashekhar, and others were also present. On this occasion, he recollected his association with the temple when there were bullock-cart rallies around the temple during the Sankranthi festival.
Later, the Minister visited Sri Venkateshwara Swamy at Market Road in Karimnagar and released the posters about the annual Brahmotsavams, which would be held from January 23 to 30.
