
KARIMNAGAR, OCTOBER 02, 2025: Minister for Transport and BC Welfare Ponnam Prabhakar has conducted a teleconference with the officials of the TGRTC for their return to Hyderabad city from their respective villages after the Dasara festival.
The Minister held a teleconference with the officials on Thursday and gave necessary instructions for the availability of adequate bus services after the Dasara festival holiday for the safe and happy return of the commuters to their respective destinations.
Already, the people have reached their respective villages and are celebrating the Dasara festivities, the Minister said that the RTC should according priority in the safe return of the commuters to their respective destinations, including Hyderabad city.
He informed the officials to appoint a special officer in each bus station in the north Telangana region of Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Adilabad, Warangal, Khammam and Nalgonda and Mahabubnagar districts and deploy adequate buses according to the demand from the commuters.
He instructed the Regional managers, Deputy RMs, DMs and others to be present in their respective places and monitor the situation to avoid inconvenience to the commuters. If there are any problems for the commuters, the RTC officials should bring the matter to the notice of higher officials and resolve the issues, he stated.
