KARIMNAGAR, JANUARY 15, 2026: Minister for Endowments Konda Surekha, along with Minister for Transport Ponnam Prabhakar, offered special prayers at the ancient Sri Veerabhadra Swamy devasthanam in Kothakonda of Bheemadevarapalli mandal in Husnabad assembly constituency on Thursday.
On this occasion, the Ministers inaugurated the Trishul crossroads in front of the temple. Speaking on the occasion, Konda Surekha sanctioned Rs 70 crore for the development of the ancient temple, benefiting pilgrims visiting the shrine.
Reminding that Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy had visited the temple shrine when he was PCC president, she said that the CM was contemplating a plan to develop all the temple shrines from Badrakali to Basara in the state and accordingly constituted a sub-committee headed by Minister for IT D Sridhar Babu.
