KARIMNAGAR, JANUARY 23, 2026: Invoking the blessings of Goddess Saraswati, students of Manair Educational Institutions and Hugs and Hearts International School in various parts of Karimnagar town, celebrated the auspicious Vasant Panchami with religious fervour on Friday.
The kindergarten section enjoyed the celebration with gaiety and religious fervour. The celebration started with “Saraswati vandana’ and ‘shloka’ recitation by students in the morning assembly. The celebrations with the offering of prayers to Goddess Saraswati, amid chanting of Vedic hymns by pundits.
A mass aksharabhyasam programme (initiation of education to a child) was performed with hundreds of children and their parents taking part in the ritual on the occasion of auspicious Vasanta Panchami for the bright future of the children. Similarly, the tenth-class students and the ninth-class students also offered special prayers for their ensuing future education.
Schools chairman Kadari Anantha Reddy, Director K Sunitha Reddy and others participated in the celebrations and extended their greetings and also applauded the participants for their enthusiastic participation.
