MANGALURU, FEBRUARY 10, 2026: Srinivas University Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism (IHMT) organised an interactive and informative flower arrangement workshop on Tuesday for KICT and MCTC students.
Participating as a resource person, Prof Dhanraj Shetty explained basic techniques, design principles, and creative expression besides various styles and arrangements using seasonal and exotic flowers. The other resource persons Prof Subrat Saraf and Prof Ramya, guided and instructed the final year students, enhancing their skills and creativity, providing hands-on experience in floral design. Dean Prof. B. Prashant Prabhu also spoke on the occasion. The workshop enabled the KICT and MCTC students to gain valuable insights into the art of flower arrangement, adding to their hospitality skills.
