HMs told to gear up the machinery to achieve cent per cent results in SSC exams in Karimnagar district

KARIMNAGAR, AUGUST 30, 2024: Collector Pamela Satpathy has informed the headmasters of all the government schools to gear up the machinery to ensure that the district achieves cent per cent results in the ensuing SSC examinations scheduled to be held in March 2025.

At a preparatory meeting with the headmasters of all the government schools in Karimnagar town on Friday, the Collector instructed the headmasters to focus on each student to ensure they pass the SSC examinations. Informing the headmasters to chalk out strategies well in advance to achieve cent per cent results, she directed them to complete the teaching of the syllabus in advance and take up revision of the syllabus on par with the private educational institutions.

Directing the headmasters to provide a pleasant atmosphere for the students in the schools, she expressed concern over the non-utilisation of dining tables and converting libraries into store rooms. She instructed the HMs to ensure that the dining tables are used for eating lunch and libraries for reading books.

Stating that they were taking measures to distribute shoes to 23,316 students, she also informed the authorities to ensure that the Midday meal workers use LPG cylinders to cook food instead of burning firewood.

Expressing concern over the students failing in their mother tongue Telugu language, she instructed the HMs to take measures so that the students do not fail in Telugu language. Additional Collector Praful Desai said that the HMs have major role in eradicating drugs in society by educating the student community. He assured all assistance for the development of the government schools. Trainee Collector Ajay Yadav, DEO Ch Janardhan Rao and others were also present.
