PEDDAPALLI, SEPTEMBER 28, 2024: Pallavi Model School, Rangapally, Peddapalli town, hosted a Grandparents Day celebration and brought together students and their grandparents for a day filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments on Saturday.
The celebration featured a variety of performances, including songs, dances, and skits by the students. The day was filled with various competitions, showcasing the talent and creativity of grandparents. The programme was organised in order to honour the cherished family pillars.
The event featured a variety of student performances, including dances and a special play focused on the importance of reducing mobile phone usage to foster more quality family time. These performances were met with applause and joy from the grandparents, who felt truly appreciated. The day also included engaging games.
School Correspondent Shoba Rani, addressed the gathering, highlighting the significance of such events in strengthening family bonds and instilling values of respect and gratitude in students. The prizes were given to the winners of various competitions such as musical chair, grouping the ball, Lift Me Grandpa, dress me grandpa etc
The Grandparents were delighted and requested the management to celebrate these type of special days in the school often. They also promised to attend each and every such type of programme in school. Prnicipal Vani, Teachers Salma, Malathi, Lavanya, Latha, Rajitha, Soumya, computer operator Vennella, PET Imraan and others were also present.
