HYDERABAD, AUGUST 08, 2024: Five senior IPS officers belonging to 1994 batch of Telangana cadre have been empaneled for promotion to the Above super time scale (ii) of IPS in the rank of Director General of Police, level 16 in the Pay Matrix of IPS (Pay) rules, 2016.
The promoted IPS officers include; Kothakota Srinivas Reddy, B Shivdhar Reddy, Abhilasha Bisht, Dr. Soumya Mishra and Shikha Goel, The inclusion of the name of Abhilasha Bisht, in the above panel is subject to confirmation from the DoP&T about allocation of the Member of Service to Telangana Cadre.
Kothakota Srinivas Reddy is retained in the same post as Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad city in the rank of DGP, B.Shivdhar Reddy is retained in the same post as Director General of Police, Intelligence, Telangana, Hyderabad in the rank of DGP, Abhilasha Bisht is retained in the same post as Director, RBVRR, Telangana State Police Academy, Hyderabad in the rank of DGP and she shall continue to hold incharge for the post of DGP (Training), Telangana, Hyderabad.
Dr. Soumya Mishra is retained in the same post as Director General, Prisons & Correctional Services, Telangana, Hyderabad in the rank of DGP and Shikha Goel is retained in the same post as Director General of Police, CID, Telangana, Hyderabad in
the rank of DGP and she will continue to hold full additional charge for the post of Director TG Cyber Security Bureau, Hyderabad and incharge of Director of TG FSL and Women Safety, SHE Teams and Bharosa, Hyderabad.
