
HYDERABAD, OCTOBER 30, 2025: As per the instructions of Headquarters, FCI, New Delhi, the Food Corporation of India (FCI), Divisional Office, Tarnaka, Hyderabad, has launched the Special Campaign 5.0 from 2nd October to 31st October 2025, in line with the directives of the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG), Government of India.
Speaking on the occasion, Jagat Ram, Divisional Manager, FCI, Tarnaka, has said that “the month-long campaign focuses on cleanliness drives, space management, record digitisation, and disposal of pending matters, reaffirming the Government’s vision of Swachhata and efficient governance. The office has successfully organised the Swachatha Hi Seva from 17.09.2025 to 02.10.2025 in the Divisional Office, Tarnaka and Depots under the administrative control of this office.
To mark the launch of the campaign on 2nd October (Gandhi Jayanti), various activities were undertaken, including cleanliness drives in office premises and depots, the disposal of old records, and improvements to public-facing facilities. The staff took a Swachhata Pledge, reaffirming their commitment to cleanliness and transparency in administration.

Throughout the campaign period, special emphasis will be laid on systematic disposal of pending references, improving office ambience, and enhancing citizen-centric service delivery. The Divisional Office, FCI, Tarnaka, aims to achieve tangible outcomes through active participation of all employees and continuous monitoring of activities, said Mr Suveen Kumar.
