KARIMNAGAR, OCTOBER 14, 2026: Aimed at ensuring the health and safety of sanitation workers, eminent physician Dr D Raghu Raman distributed essential kits to the sanitation workers of the 58th municipal division in Karimnagar town on the occasion of the ninth death anniversary of his father and chest specialist Dr D Nagabhushanam on Wednesday.
Speaking at the event, Dr Raghu Raman emphasised the vital role sanitation workers played in maintaining cleanliness across the city. “Our sanitation workers work tirelessly to keep the division clean. It is our duty to ensure their safety and well-being. Providing them with essentials such as a bedsheet, towel, water bottle, a stainless steel glass and a sweetbox helps them carry out their work more effectively”, he said.
Former Mayor and present corporator S Ravinder Singh, BRS leader Sohan Singh and others participated in the programme. On this occasion, Mr Ravinder Singh appreciated the noble service of Dr Raghu Raman in helping the sanitation workers by providing them with small essential kits on the occasion of the death of his father, Dr D Nagabhushanam.
