
Employees thank Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and Minister for Cooperation Thummala Nageshwar Rao
KARIMNAGAR, JULY 01, 2025: Employees of Karimnagar District Cooperative Central Bank (KDCCB) have celebrated the increase of wage revision (PRC) by distributing sweets among the employees at the KDCCB main branch in Karimnagar town on Tuesday.

It may be recalled that the MoU was on Monday (June 30, 2025) under section 18 (1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, arrived between the Telangana DCCB Officers Association, Telangana Cooperative Central Banks’ Association, Hyderabad, on behalf of the Managements of nine DCCBs of Telangana and the Workmen (sub-staff to Manager cadre) of the DCCBs represented by TCCBEA and TCBEA.
Accordingly, DCCB CEO N Satyanarayana Rao, general managers B Sridhar and Mohd Riyazuddin and others congratulated the staff and distributed sweets. On this occasion, Mr Satyanarayana Rao called upon the bankers to strive to increase business and win over the confidence of customers and the farming community by providing good services.
Stating that the DCCB survive solely on its own business and profits, he informed the bank staff to strive to increase deposits, loans and financial services. With a growing deposit base, national recognition for winning several awards for transparent digital services, and a strong asset quality track record, the CEO stated that Karimnagar DCCB employees would continue to uphold the same spirit and remain in the top position in the cooperative sector banking.
Thanking Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and Minister for Cooperation Thummala Nageshwar Rao for the hike in PRC of DCCB employees, KDCCB General Manager B. Sridhar called upon the employees to rededicate themselves and increase the bank’s business to reap riches. He said that the bank had passed a unanimous resolution seeking scheduled bank status to the bank at its recent board of directors meeting and decided to apply for the same to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
DGMs Y Brahmananda Rao, Rohini and N Satyaprasad, AGMs Rajeshekhar, Imtiaz Ali, Mahesh and Nagaraju, TCCBEA state general secretary B Praveen Kumar, district president G Hanumantha Rao, local leaders Srikanth Reddy, Raju and others were also present.
