
KARIMNAGAR, OCTOBER 10, 2025: The ninth annual conference of the Association of Physicians of India (API) Telangana (TSAPICON-2025), organised by Telangana Physicians Association, Karimnagar chapter, will be organised at V Convention in Karimnagar town on October 11 and 12, 2025.
The theme of the conference is “Bridging the Gap: Technology and Human Touch in Medicine”. Several eminent physicians of the country and Telangana state would deliver lectures, and the Medical PG students would present research papers and posters, and they would also participate in quiz competitions. Incidentally, the Karimnagar physicians are organising the conference for the second time and the first one was organised in the year 2019.
Disclosing this to newsmen at IMA Hall in Karimnagar town on Friday, TSAPICON-2025 organising chairman Dr DC Tirupathi Rao, organising secretary M Vijaymohan Reddy, co-organising chairman Dr Raghu Raman, organising treasurer Dr P Chaitanya
Reddy, API Karimnagar chapter president-elect Dr Sanjay said that the conference was aimed to equip physicians with the latest scientific insights and best practices. The purpose is to upgrade the skills and knowledge of physicians with the changing technology and advancements in medicine with the AI technology, they stated and added that more than 1200 delegates, including 500 medicine PG students, would attend the conference.
Among the prominent lectures to be delivered by eminent physicians, API Karimnagar chapter president and organising secretary of the conference, Dr M Vijaymohan Reddy, would speak on “ Stepping towards a transformative health-centric approach to obesity care”. There would be a workshop on Artificial Intelligence in medicine too.
The doctors would also enlighten about the importance of prevention of non-communicable diseases (NCD) to check the spread of cancer, BP, diabetes, etc. The meeting would deliver sessions on the prevention of diseases for the well-being of society.
